My experience and qualifications:

​

I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor with a Transactional Analysis focus. This means I am able to use insights from various theories, in order to work with you on the difficulties that are troubling you. We will discuss ways in which we can work together and tailor to your specific unique needs.

I am a professional Counsellor, and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

 

I specialise in self esteem, and relationships. 

I also have a range of experience working with, but not limited to, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, life transitions, low mood, bereavement and loss. 

 

I also have experience working as a Mental Health Trainer for large organisations raising awareness and reducing any stigma within the workplace.

​

My main counselling qualifications are a degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Therapeutic counselling. 

 

I continually develop my practice by regularly attending training events and courses.
